If it needs a part and we have it with us, we install it during the visit. If not, we order it and come back to finish the repair.

We give you a clear estimate for parts and labour based on what we find. Nothing is done until you approve it, and the service call is waived with the repair.
Repair and Testing
We replace any parts needed and complete the repair. Then we test the oven to make sure it heats and responds properly before we leave.

Warranty
Oven repairs are covered for 90 days on both parts and labour.
- Coverage applies only to the repair that was done
- If the same issue comes back within 90 days, we return and fix it
- Any parts installed during the repair are included
- Labour for that repair is also included
- If a part needs to be ordered, we come back to install it once it arrives

Most oven repairs take about an hour once the problem has been identified. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll return to finish the repair when it arrives.

Yes, we repair microwaves. If it's not heating, the controls aren’t responding, or the door won’t open, we'll check it and give you a clear estimate for parts and labour.
