Washer Repair
We repair front-load and top-load washers, including laundry centres and combination units in Calgary. If your washer won't drain, won't spin, or is leaking, we'll figure out what's going on and explain what needs to be done.
Common Washer Problems

Most washer problems come down to drainage issues, spin failures, or cycles that stop before finishing. These are the types of problems we see on a regular basis:
- Washer won't drain or leaves water in the tub
- Drum not spinning or clothes still dripping wet
- Washer won't start or stops mid-cycle
- Water leaking during or after a cycle
If you're dealing with any of these, we'll take a look and fix it.
Diagnosing the Problem
When a washer stops working, it's not always obvious why. If it won't spin, it could be a balance issue, a worn drive part, or a failed lid switch or door lock. Drain issues can come from a blocked pump, a restriction in the drain line, or a bad pump motor.
We run the washer to see what it's doing. If needed, we use diagnostic mode to check the system. Once we know what's going on, we go over what we found and what it will take to fix it. If we have the part with us, we install it during the visit. If not, we order it and come back to finish the job.
Our Repair Process

Book a Service Call
Call to schedule a visit at a time that works for you. We'll ask what the washer is doing, when it happens in the cycle, and if any error codes are showing.

Diagnosis During the Visit
We check the washer in diagnostic mode and under normal operation to see what's happening. Some issues only show up at certain points in the cycle, so we can see where the cycle is stopping.

Estimate and Approval
Once we know what's going on, we give you a full estimate for parts and labour. No work starts until you approve it, and the service call is waived with the repair.

Repair and Testing
After approval, we complete the repair and test the washer to make sure it's fixed. We double-check the part of the cycle that was failing before the job is finished.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer same-day washer repair?
Same-day service is available when scheduling allows. It depends on how full the day is and how long existing calls are taking.
Do you give an estimate before starting the repair?
Yes, after checking the washer and confirming the problem, you'll get a full estimate for parts and labour before any work is done.
How much does washer repair cost?
It depends on what's causing the problem and whether any parts are needed. Once we know what's wrong, you'll get a clear estimate before moving forward.
What brands do you repair?
We work on most major washer brands, including Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, GE, Maytag, Blomberg, and Electrolux.
Is it better to repair or replace a washer?
In most cases, repairing the washer makes more sense than replacing it. If the repair isn't worth it, we'll let you know.
How long does a washer repair take?
Most washer repairs take about 60 to 90 minutes once the problem has been identified. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll return to finish the repair when it arrives.
