Refrigerator problems usually show up as temperature issues, leaks, or airflow problems. These are the types of problems we see on a regular basis:

Diagnosing the Problem
When a refrigerator stops working, the cause isn't always obvious. If the fridge is too warm but the freezer is still cold, it usually points to an airflow or defrost issue. If both sections aren’t cooling, it may be a sealed system problem. Leaks can come from a blocked drain, a damaged seal, or an issue with the ice maker or inlet valve.
We check the refrigerator to confirm what's causing the problem. If needed, we use diagnostic mode to check the system. Once we know what's going on, we explain what needs to be done. If we have the part with us, we install it during the visit. If not, we order it and come back to finish the repair.

Diagnosis During the Visit
We check the refrigerator under normal operation to confirm what's going on. If needed, we use diagnostic mode to check the system and verify what we’re seeing.
Estimate and Approval
Once we've figured it out, we give you a full estimate for parts and labour. No work starts until you approve it, and the service call is waived with the repair.
Repair and Testing
We complete the repair and test the refrigerator to make sure it's fixed before we leave. If a part needs to be ordered, we come back and finish the repair once it arrives.

Warranty
Refrigerator repairs are covered for 90 days on both parts and labour.
- Coverage applies only to the repair that was done
- If the same issue comes back within 90 days, we return and fix it
- Any parts installed during the repair are included
- Labour for that repair is also included
- If a part needs to be ordered, we come back to install it once it arrives
